The book focuses on self-care actions including foods, supplements, herbs, environmental changes, relationships, and stress reduction actions women can take to negotiate menopause in a positive and life-fulfilling manner.
The Alchemy of Love and Lust Theresa L. Crenshaw, M.D. This book really helped me understand the different hormones and how they affect me. Great research that I refer back to often.
A.L. Gittleman This book is written by the same woman who wrote the Fat Flush Plan book for losing weight, among others. I'm waiting for my copy and will let you know when I get a chance to read it.
